Privacy Policy

Spendora is a personal budgeting workspace backed by Google Sheets. The app is designed so your budget spreadsheet stays in your own Google account.

This policy explains what the app accesses, how that access is used, and what responsibilities remain with you when you use a browser-based application.

Spendora does not sell your personal information, Google account information, spreadsheet data, or budget records.

Spendora does not intentionally collect or operate a separate database of your financial spreadsheet contents for resale, advertising, or profiling.

Spendora uses Google sign-in to authenticate you and to request the Google Sheets and Google Drive access needed for the product to work.

The app may read, create, update, and organize Google Sheets data only to provide budgeting, setup, sync, and spreadsheet-management features that you initiate in the app.

Your Google Sheets data remains in your Google account and in spreadsheets you own or can access.

To call Google APIs from the app, Spendora may keep a Google OAuth access token in your browser session storage for the current session.

Spendora clears app-held tokens during logout and when Google rejects an expired or invalid token.

Because tokens and app state live in your browser, you are responsible for using a trusted device, trusted browser, and safe browser extensions.

Spendora cannot protect you from someone who gains access to your unlocked device, browser profile, browser cache, session storage, malicious extensions, malware, or Google account credentials.

If another person or tool extracts credentials or session data from your browser or device, that compromise is outside Spendora’s control.

Use a strong Google account password, enable two-factor authentication, keep your device secure, and avoid using Spendora on shared or untrusted browsers.
