Spendora is provided for personal budgeting, spending review, spreadsheet setup, and spreadsheet-backed finance workflows.

The app depends on services provided by Google, including Google sign-in, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Availability and behavior of those services are governed by Google’s own terms and controls.

You are responsible for your Google account, spreadsheet sharing permissions, browser profile, device security, backups, and any data you enter or import.

You should review spreadsheet permissions before sharing a Spendora spreadsheet with anyone else.

You should keep independent backups of important financial records.

Spendora is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Any budgeting information shown in the app is for organization and personal tracking only. You are responsible for decisions based on your own records.

Spendora is not responsible for loss, disclosure, unauthorized access, or data changes caused by compromised browser storage, browser cache, session data, malicious extensions, malware, shared devices, leaked Google credentials, or unauthorized access to your Google account.

You should log out after use on any shared device and avoid using the app in browsers or environments you do not trust.

Spendora is provided as-is and as-available. The app may contain mistakes, interruptions, integration limits, or spreadsheet sync issues.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Spendora’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the app.
